Shipping Method

Your ordered T-shirts will be packed in either a cushioned envelope or a cardboard box depending on the order details, and shipped viaJapan Post.

• Single thin T-shirt: Japan Post (Mailbox delivery)

• Multiple items, hoodies, or thick items: Japan Post (Doorstep delivery)

Processing & Shipping Time

Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, national holidays, and long public holiday periods).

Shipping Fee

• Flat rate global shipping : 2,000 JPY (tax included)

• If you purchase multiple T-shirts in a single order, we will bundle and ship them together in one package whenever possible.

Packaging

• Items will be folded and sealed in a protective plastic bag (OPP bag) before shipping.

• We ensure meticulous packaging designed to prevent water damage and dirt.

• Gift wrapping is currently unavailable, but we may consider it in the future upon request.

Sizing, Exchanges & Cancellations

• As a general rule, we do not accept changes to size/color, or cancellations after an order has been placed or shipped.

• We only accept exchanges for initial defects (such as printing defects, tears, or sewing defects). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.

Damaged or Lost Items

• In the event of damage or loss due to an accident during transit, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to conduct an investigation.

• If a replacement item cannot be prepared, we will issue a refund.

• Product colors may appear slightly different in person depending on your monitor settings.

• Due to the nature of the materials, minor individual variations (slight size discrepancies or minimal printing misalignment) may occur.
